Getting started with Nutrimedy is totally free. If you're receiving Nutrimedy as part of an organizational benefit, you may not be required to pay at all. If you are required to pay, you will only be charged after you choose to consult with a provider and your appointment time and payment information are confirmed. You can cancel your appointment and receive a credit equivalent to the amount purchased, provided that you cancel at least 12 hours before your appointment time. No refunds will be issued for missed appointments or appointments canceled less than 12 hours before the appointment time. If you purchase a package of sessions directly through Nutrimedy, you will have 24 hours to request a refund from the time of purchase only if none of the sessions from the package were used. Packages purchased through Nutrimedy expire 12 months after the purchase date. All refund requests must be sent to support@nutrimedy.com and once approved will be made directly to the card used to make the purchase within 5-7 business days of approval. If you made your purchase through a reseller partner, please contact that organization directly. Nutrimedy does not issue refunds for any purchases made outside of Nutrimedy.
