How much does Nutrimedy cost?

 

For our 2017 promotion, you can join Nutrimedy for free! To schedule video visits with your personal Nutrimedy FoodCoach, find the Dietitian that best meets your needs in terms of your health goals, cuisine interests, language, schedule availability and cost. Each Dietitian has a different rate for initial (50 minutes) and follow-up (25 minutes) video visits so you can search to find the best fit for you. We've partnered with Stripe so your payment information is handled with the highest level of security.

What conditions do Nutrimedy Dietitians help with?

Nutrimedy Dietitians manage everything from Acid reflux to Zinc. The most common reasons people seek to work with our Dietitians are for weight loss, diabetes or pre-diabetes, acid reflux or heartburn, irritable bowel syndrome, celiac disease or gluten sensitivity, high blood pressure, sports nutrition, pregnancy, constipation or bloating, disordered eating, health healthy, high cholesterol, vegan-vegetarian-paleo, or for general nutrition wellness. What is a Registered Dietitian?

​

Many individuals call themselves nutrition coaches, but only Registered Dietitians receive the advanced training and credentialing needed to earn this prestigious certification. At Nutrimedy, we take pride in the fact that all of our FoodCoaches are certified Registered Dietitians so that you know you're always in good hands.

Will my health insurance plan or employer pay for my Nutrimedy visits?

​

As every company is different, please feel free to ask your health insurance carrier or employer if they will cover your Nutrimedy Telenutrition visits and let us know if we can help at [email protected]!

If my organization covers sessions, how do I add this to my account?
Response: Go to "My Account and select "Add Organization Benefit". Next, enter your information to verify eligibility.

Is an iOS or Android App for Nutrimedy currently available?

​

We're very excited to announce that our Nutrimedy App for mobile devices is currently in development and slated for release in 2017! While our App is cooking, desktop and laptop computers as well as Android phone and tablets (Android OS - with Chrome Browser) are fully supported. What are the technical specs for me to use Nutrimedy?​

​

• Computer: Laptop or desktop computer (can be PC Windows or Mac OS)

• Video: Web camera (internal or external)

• Audio: Computer microphone, speakers or headset

• Internet: High-speed internet connection (minimum requirement is 350kbps for high quality video conferencing)

• Supported Devices: While Nutrimedy App is in development, desktop and laptop computers as well as Android phone and tablets (Android OS - with Chrome Browser) are fully supported. However iOS iPhones and iPads are not supported at this time. Once Nutrimedy App is complete, all devices will be supported.

• Supported Browsers: Chrome (preferred), Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explorer 9 and above. The Nutrimedy Dashboard is not supported by Safari for video visits.
